World Class Health sells employers a benefit that flies an employee to one of the best hospitals in the world when something serious happens. It is a simple promise and a very hard one to picture. In 2024 the company needed investors to picture it, before any of it existed.

A promise nobody could picture

Investors believed it. They could not see it.

Sid Nambiar could describe the benefit precisely. An investor hearing it cold got an abstraction about global healthcare access. Nothing would land until someone could watch it work for one person.

Show one member, one moment

So the pitch stopped explaining the market. It followed one member being connected to a hospital instead.

Story, prototype and website were made as one piece, in that order. Every choice was judged on one question: does this make the idea more concrete, or less.

The prototype carried the argument. It follows a single member from the call to the hospital, instead of listing what the platform can do.
