Everything, end to end
Atomic8 is a manager-effectiveness platform that automates essential team workflows into a single, searchable system, built for remote teams that live in Slack. The founders needed the whole thing designed end to end: a brand, a web app, and a Slack app that tie together.

Two places at once
We worked directly with the founders, running strategy sessions, designing the product, and adding new features as the tool grew. The design had to work in two places at once: a full web app for managers, and a Slack integration that meets teams where they already talk.
