I worked with the crypto exchange to enhance their product by organizing workshops, providing guidance to their designers, and testing community and discovery-oriented features. We implemented regular updates and analyzed results to continually improve the product. These efforts led to an increase in the exchange's overall user experience and improved user engagement.
